We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via email at sales@abizot.com.ng explaining why you wish to return the item and we will get back to you within 24 hours. If your reason for return is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to process a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit to be used to purchase another item. If you do not wish to receive store credit then a transfer will be made to your account two weeks after the matter has been closed.
Warranty Policy
In case any items sold to you has problems that are as a result of factory settings or the item got faulty without any external constraints such as tampering with any of the parts by you or a technician without our consent, such items can still be returned once it’s still under the 3 months from the date of purchase for proper assessment and resolution.

After Sales Services
In cases where 12 months has elapsed from the purchase date, the repair will be carried out at a cost to you.
